                  A RESOLUTION APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 1995 
                  COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, HOME 
                  INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT AND EMERGENCY 
                  SHELTER GRANT FUNDING AS SHOWN MORE FULLY

       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby approved

       Home Investment Partnership Act funds and Emergency Shelter Grant 
       funds as shown on the schedule below:
